But when I checked my average time in my pc on sapience is avg arround 7 hours

No I am experienced I was also shocked how he can talk to me like this I have 4 years of experience also at that time I was doing personal emergency stuff and I was in stress at that time he called I have offers I know I will get the job easily may be not at desired package but it was not about job It was about notice period

Btw for all its a suggestion maintain average time of 4 hours in sapience In CG
