This is non sense and abruptly lie. When we ask promotion in June cycle, they say less promotion in June, will see in December. When we reach december cycle, ulta story and non sense explanation

There is no base pay hike in December apparently June is the main cycle. The only hikes are for the ones getting promoted or if your salary is very low as per Accenture.
