Trending @Cognizant; Today i received 3 occurance warning letter for RTO and in mail it mentioned that it affect on my performance incentive.

Can anyone tell will it affect on my bonus payout . I got 3 rating

Rating 3 means 100% bonus for # of days. Nothing affects it now. Maybe next year, if RTO starts to be an important factor in appraisals/normalisation
