Can't really say that. it has been mentioned that next year onwards increments will happen during the May cycle and the bonus will be credited during the November discussion. This makes me worried from this year number POV. If the plan is to give hikes in May cycle, a very small number(for the sake of increment) will be provided in November 2024 review cycle.
