Yes I joined as senior associate consultant, after promotion it increased just 1.2Lpa that's it not much

Its all about your real time capabilities/grip on your technology. I have seen few senior systems engineer are also leading their team. Designations are just to segregate people based on their experience, nothing else.

There is no loop hole your RM should Meet criteria required then only you can apply

@FlakyGram1 hi, I have received promotion letter on this month 26th , promoted from JL4 to JL5 with 12% hike. In letter it was mentioned that it is effective from July 2024. I was expecting arrears with this month salary.

Do we get arrears?
