You will get hike in 2025 april which will be dependent on your then band. This rating won't be of any help. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Same here I joined in April 2023 , got the anniversary letter and rating too , but no meaning hr said to me , we will give you a hike for you in April 2025 cycle

If you’re a direct Digital Fresher you can expect about 6-7 %. Lateral Hires do not have appraisal for first anniversary not for freshers
