No it's been 6 years of joining Capgemini. I was on project till now. Just few days back released from project.

I have seen a person of C2 level who was on Bench for 9 months

Not even a Month of being on bench why these bench people are harasing like this

@StaidHeat2 don't worry, that's the auto generated mail. But one should be billable within 3 months in the bench otherwise they might take some action after 3 months.

Eventually they will ask you to put down papers. Will give a two month notice period.

You're expensive employee to keep idle that's why it's strict. I was on bench for 6month no problem
