What happened bro? When I can't cope with wlb I just continue to work 9hrs and no more, if they fire me they fire me.
I have been working at wipro for 2.6 years with no appraisal or hikes no learning of tools and technologies as they have their own internal system, structure and tools. Unfathomable politics and pressure of work and they are grinding me day and night pressurised to work on Saturday and Sunday with no growth opportunities.... that's why I have taken this decision to leave the organisation and take up something better for me and my future.
Makes sense, all the best for the future bro! I've just completed 1 year so expecting a hike which may or may not come. Will definitely switch too if I don't get a hike by Dec
