Trending @Accenture; Today i gave my 3rd tech leap on cloud-aws and am i eligible for promotion in dec-25?

I didn't clear 3 techleap exams, now I have completed 25 months as ASE and still not promoted, now when is the chance for me to become analyst?

Even if you clear UPSC, if your manager doesn't want to promote you, you will not get. Your manager needs to push your profile at the end
