Today attended a leadership townhall

Today I had attended a leadership townhall in which he said to not to panic this policy and workforce optimization is for those who didn’t want to deploy or for them who are creating issues regarding location constraints or technology requirements etc for which the layoff is Targeted but he said that not to panic at all as this layoff is Targeted for very small workforce and mainly for those who didn’t want to get deployed and if their names is in the list of termination so they will be given multiple chances before layoff but the thing he said in sort of rough way that all should WFO without any issues and those who are attending office just for swiping they will take a decision asap…for those so please attend office for atleast 5-7 hrs .
