RMG have no clue where to put which skills, they are just sofa warmers. Even if you ask them for specific skill set they will send u people who are pregnant unqualified or resigning people. Such stupidity is beyond me. And the Hr are morons who think they are doing something but aren't going any further. Fuck them both

They are surviving in the industry with their tiny brain and knowledge. But when we reach out to them, they give the buildup as if they were CEO'S and paying salaries to us.
I DMed many RMGs on teams, Wrote mail to them. Still no reply. I wonder whats a day in thier life be like.
Best way to stay safe and be correct at workplace is don’t do any work at all, only do routine stuffs. 🌚
