To withdraw resignation and to get release from current project what is the process ..?

I don't have received any offer letter. After 7 interviews.

If we submit profile to RMG and sent mail for withdrawal of resignation.

What is process and how to negotiate ..

Write the resignation revoke mail to the same HR and Manager where you email for resignation. There you clearly mention the reason for not continuing the current project. And need of release. If HR and Manager not giving satisfactory answer then next day ask explanation to manager of HR and your reporting manager.
