To what extent senior leaders (DPO, CPO etc) in your company get involved in your task?

Almost daily, everything has to be reviewed by them. Most of the times, it was after the reviews we get good clarity around what is expected lol.

I have worked with only <=20 people companies and early startups so mostly we were working directly with the CEO and CTO, so almost daily. And yes, CTO did write code.
