To the people of Microsoft

I have been trying to get one chance to appear for interview process in Microsoft. From my 1st year of engineering and even after 1 yoe i am working , i have been applying every year with referral and without referral but never got chance . So what should be done so that i get a chance to appear for Microsoft? give your inputs please
