Sorry for being the breaker of bad news, but this was exact status I got when my resume wasn’t short listed for the L4 role. Clarify with the recruiter though, it’s possible to not receive a mail but still get a Not Proceeding status on the roles that you applied. Maybe you’re being shifted a separate interview pipeline considering the role you applied was filled.
