to stay or to leave?

Present Company: accept the offer of getting onboarded, 7LPA (maybe), benefits, great activities but hate the manger and HOD, job security, 5d WFO

Morgan Stanley: not related to my degree, no experience in banking but learning something new, hybrid- 3d WFH and 2d WFO, better pay, no idea if there are any growth possibilities + job security
