To Quit or Not Quit i.e. the Question!

Given the market scenarios, would you quit your current job? While the report says 26% of people will quit for better pay, market scenarios suggest that it is time where Avg. CTC will go down for Tech & Non-Tech roles.

Theoretically could this have effects similar to how increasing the velocity of money decreases its value.

So the value of money has gone down significantly in Metro cities and I consider UPI had a big role to play in this.
