To people working at Target, how ?

I mean how does one apply for a highly relevant opening at Target and get atleast an opportunity to interview ? I've been applying at Target for the past 1 year now. All of my applications have been rejected. Not a single one made through. Tried to connect with HR. No response. I even connected with the employees of my domain. They accept connection request, but no response in DMs.

I'm clueless at this point. No idea how to crack this company. So, how did you crack this company ?
