To everyone who got a job… please help me out…

So i m a fresher got a job offer from WITCH. But the onboarding is taking ages. So right now i m looking for other jobs but no response. Like not even interview. I would love to know how you guys manage to get interview. Like what are the different ways. And how to know wether there are job openings at certain company. And what all approach can i take to get an interview.
