Trending @Accenture; To DL/AMs, when does the next discussions for promotions takes place?
I have heard in August discussions are done, so are they of promotions related or are they just casual type performance report?
As far as I am aware no promotion discussion this time, it will be only variable and very few promotions
last year my people lead did discussion for selected people he is AD , for rest it was AM though our PL was AD. It started from filling priority in June/July then 1-1 in August. Mostly this is a time they decide next cycle promo. But in our team promo didn’t happen as team lead got double promotion. But this June cycle those guys whom AD did 1-1 last August got promo.
It all depends, one guy got lowest hike % last Nov and got promo this cycle. It all depends on team budget, dynamics and relationship with leadership/mgrs.
I would stop giving attention to it and just leave whenever possible if you don’t get what tou deserve like me
