
To all unmarried individuals who began their careers before COVID, if you could go back in time, which choice would you make?
There's constant confusion and argument between 2021-2023 pass-out graduates about which working model is better.
Team WFH/Flexible-hybrid support by saying they save nice money, have flexibility and avoid unnecessary distractions.
Team WFO support by saying they experience new things, explore more learning opportunities.
I want to understand from the people who have probably experienced both modes. If you had an option to select one, what are you opting for?

I prefer hybrid.

Hybrid where your company and your home is in the same city or hybrid which asks you to relocate and attend 2-3 days office in a week?

Either works for me right now. Might change once I get married though.

One of the important factors which come into play is your personality as well. If you're an Introvert then you will prefer WFH. If you're an extrovert then WFO works. Traveling is another factor. If you want to explore a different city then it comes into consideration as well.

It depends on too many things like
- Married/Unmarried
- YOE
- Job city
- Individuals preferences like people who love travel and parties, generally try to stay away from their hometown.
- Age
