To all those who have folks reporting to them

Are you required by management to review each and every work performed by the folks reporting to you ?

Does the management penalize you for the poor quality of work performed by the folks reporting to you do ?

Both the above are applicable to me and I have been harassed in front of everyone on a regular basis since last year for no fault of mine. Please share your experience.
