If you really think you are eligible and being short changed by TCS, just switch. Else you are just a living proof of the boiling frog experiment. Note down your reasons for leaving, and politely convey the same during the exit interview (if there's anything like that in TCS). I have learnt my lesson in the past few years, brushed up my knowledge, started trying a month back, and hopefully will land something in the next few weeks.
