One of my friends got layoff last week. Forcefully released from billable position last month. HR asked to forcefully resign. We all think it's nonsense until we see some one we know getting impacted.

There are plenty of skeletons in the org, kick them out first.
The first thing the org should do right now, if scrap the appraisal system (the breeding ground of all ills in the org), and pay consultants fraction of the billing amount directly as variable pay (there should be no cap). All folks in fixed price project should get no variable pay. Things will change drastically.
Let me be crystal clear, I'm not against genuine news, some are posting irrelevant things which are never bound to happen

No one is giving payment. You are might in deep sleep for not these current truth. Or you are from HR team who is trying to keep clean image as in market company has donwgraded his name. If you really want to check just go in hdfc,icici,axis or kotak bank. And they will show your company reliability. They are even not approving 8-10 lac of loan once they are hearing the name of the TCS. I think you are kept from TCS HR to manage some hope in grapevine.
For your kind info, I work , get paid & get out of office,I don't have any mutual benefit from TCS, neither I attach my loyalty to any company

Cool point. Ngl its true but sadly its just gloom everywhere. You go to office all you hear is the same stuff here. I think people just need to vent.
Let them vent tbh. Its our choice to consume what the went or not. If we dont like it lets just ignore. I dont think this will stop any time soon.
