To all Product Managers:
What are you all doing to grow your skill set?

Books on tech, design, data. Slow, but sustainable

Can you suggest some

Tech - Tech simplified for PMs and Entrepreneurs (I'd say it has everything you'll need to know and retain)
Design - Design of everyday things, creative selection (design supremacy in early Apple days)
Data - Haven't started on this tbh. If you're good with SQL, would suggest to start on DS books (Google it, there are many good ones, idea is to stick with one). Freakonomics is also a good read, but this is just for fun

In the arena, trying, failing, learning, winning.

What specifically are you looking for? Deeply Understanding the product, effectively talking to customers, defining roadmap, launching, feedback, iterate loops help. There are a lot of resources to hone these skills. And, nothing beats actually doing them and learning.

PMing. ðŸ˜
