Body: “Hi all, I’m serving a 90-day notice in Tech Mahindra and HR asked me to accept an early release next week. I requested to continue till 2 Feb as per PACE HR, but they want me to confirm early exit.

I have financial commitments, so I asked HR to clearly confirm:

Full December salary

Compensation for remaining notice

Normal exit benefits

Before I respond, I want to know — Can HR force early release if I don’t agree? And is it reasonable to ask for full December salary before accepting early release? Any experiences or advice? Thanks.”
