Tired of working in IT (SAP)
Guys it's a very clinched topic now but I need to vent out my frustration. I am in SAP technology space with 14 years of work experience and working as an architect.
Nowadays there is a severe issue with the expertise of SAP resources, a lot of them with 8-9 years of experience can't even explain to customers while discussing or brainstorming issues. These guys need a lot of spoon feeding to continue work. The majority of projects have hardly 10% resources who are good and managing the work.
Is it the same across all companies and projects. Please share.

If it's the same then please share tips on what to do when all complex issues are referred to you during meetings. In my case generally juniors will keep quiet and work will automatically comy my way.
