Tired of ultimatixxx

I am trying to raise exception for 2 days. But this ultimatixxx is not even opening GESS... wtf is wrong with the company. HR is mailing to raise exception and ultimatixxx is not even ready to open.

Yes same issue earlier apply leave section was not opening now entire GESS is restricted

Means in the personal system now gess is not accessible and when we try myapp.tcs side using Citrix -->ultimatrix that is also not working
