Tired of my current company paying me close to nothing

I joined my current company (a startup) as i was desperate to get a job at 3 LPA but soon I have realised I have been made to do work more than what i was getting paid for, I am doing VAPT which was my job profile, but then addition of Red teaming and threat hunting and I am still getting paid the same, they gave me a raise but it was close to nothing as compared to the skills and the value that i bring in. Plus the policies of the company ISTG. How do I make a switch? and whats the best way to know your worth so that you are not exploited?
