Tired of giving internal interview

I was working in a product based company for 3 years right after college.

Ever since I switched to service based company, I'm honestly tired of giving interview every 6 months once the project ends. Ik that's the reality but still it's frustrating to feel that anxiety every now and then. Even after you have given 3 rounds of tech interviews to clear the company in the first place.

I hope it doesn't happen in other product based companies.
