Tips to become a PM!

Hey all, I have around 1 year experience in Product management (6 month internship).

Have experience in Account Management (tech as well) for a year.

Have working knowledge of python, SQL, Tableau, Scrum.

Any tips/ ideas that can improve my chances of getting hired quickly and with better compensation is much appreciated.
