Dude, in your offer letter it would have been clearly mentioned about the one month NP during the probation, Don't worry. Just stick to the policy. Nobody can stop you, no need of excuses...

Nothing like that is mentioned in offer letter and in infyme portal it by default displays proposed date as 3 months later
Yes, no such rule nowadays if you are in a project. Need to serve 3 month notice by default. However, considering you are under probation start pushing for early release after a month or 45 days. By that time they might have already planned your replacement and release.
