Tips for job hunt

I have 10 years experience, with a limited circle (why? Hint in the user name). So basically referral isn't a great option. How do folks at mid senior level get job leads?

Make a list of companies you want to work at. Start applying for the roles if you find any relevant roles from their careers page. Check if anyone can offer you a referral here on GV. All the best
