I have joined tcs as a fresher in Jan 2025, can you tell me what are the key things and tips which i have to keep in mind while working here?, what are these ipf ratings and bands where i can see them?

If ur into some project and working on some trending Technologies and u feel u will be able to switch with the work u do then it's fine . Or else switch after 1 Yr As u have joined in 2025 they might have not given u band r rating , even though they might have given then would give "B" or "C"
