I am in Capgemini since 2 years and on bench since past 1 month. I have got an opportunity outside but they want me to join in 1 week. Is it possible to convince capgemini for early release? And in case I want to have a conversation about this whom should I approach? Supervisor or HR?

Most likely NO
They mostly doesn’t care about your future Growth and they are so lazy to even check your email in one week
Forget about getting released
If miraculously you get chance to talk to them and they agree it will take at least a month for them to get this thing approved by their so called “Leadership Team”
