Tiny changed i made in 2024

‪1. Ensure I don't complete a video / show / movie if it's more than 30 mins long at one go. Makes my brain wait for it for next day and then watch it. Helped me battle impatience.‬

‪2. Follow news mostly through newspaper and not 24x7 via X's feed or online. Keeps my anxiety at check.‬

‪Above all, i didn't let anything pressurise me, be it impatience or FOMO or the pressure to follow the above routine, I gave myself the space to be structured, yet the tolerance to fail.‬
