Timesheet not updated after cancelling timesheet leave

Hi, I forgot to fill time sheet of April last week 2 days, I cancelled the auto generated timesheet leave in GESS, it got approved and leave got cancelled but 9 hrs are not updated in the timesheet, I sent a mail to PMO but he is saying he can’t back fill previous month data, any sugession where to raise request in Ultimatix. Appreciate your help, Thank you .
