Trending @Cognizant; Timesheet not getting approved

I am Ina billable project, but my timesheet is not getting approved, Project Manger name is coming as pooled. Not sure why is it happening !? It’s been more than month that no one is approving and I am not reaching out to the project manager because I am not going to the office regularly.
