Timesheet Issue

I am in process of getting allocation to new account. In Allocation, I am already allocated, but can't fill the timesheet? Any idea on this, I am not able to fill 9 hrs.

You need to get unallocated SWON detail from RMG who you are reporting to and fill the timesheet, else privileged leave will get auto applied
