Is timesheet data really going to affect promotion actually in H1 I missed to submit timesheet once and that's the reason in H1'24 it is showing as 88 and in H2'24 I never missed yet from last 10 days showing as 96 and are they checking RTO?
Check if your project comes under TCE, if not you are not eligible
Utilization parameter in goperform is matter.. HM / leadership team will compare utilization amoung the same role during the appraisal process and adjust the rating based utilization %
Nah man it doesn’t depend… I had 50/100 timesheet in H1 and around 80 in august/September. I got promoted this quarter so it didn’t matter. But don’t know if it will or not in the future as the company keeps changing policy.
Yeah, missing timesheets can affect your performance scores. They do check RTO, so keep an eye on that too
