Hello, My timesheet has not been approved for the last two weeks...i was told by my PM but he didn't respond ..so what should I do?is there any problem if the timesheet is not approved.

Compliance would be affected if you hadn't submitted timesheets on time.

Not to worry about it. They will approve as per their convenience. You have submitted the timesheet correctly, so it's the manager's responsibility to approve it.
