Timesheet and didn’t apply leave

Hi guys, i have filled timesheet on 9th may but didn’t apply leave and didn’t swipe same thing I have done in april 29 as well my salary or variable pay decrease and on may 2nd timesheet leave was taken and I have cancelled it and applied leave please suggest
