Timesheet
I worked yesterday and also punched my I'd card on office but forgot to put 9 hours in Timesheet. What can I do next in this case ? Will TCS mark me as absent?
8yrs TCS Semi Uncle here... kid just contact your Manager..He has access to update the timehseet for "5 days " for each associate..cancel the leave if its auto applied in GESS ..and mainly After that

Oye newbie. Timesheet freezes around 5pm on next day so I guess you still have sometime. Try to fill it now. This is the basics of TCS survival, dont forget. 😅
I know this but for 30th April. It is showing Timesheet freezed
Then you have to wait for 2 -3 day , system will automatically apply leave for that day. Then you have to access the gess portal then under my reqest list open leave / time sheet default.
You can cancel the system approved leave for that day. Request will go to your manager.
You can cancel 5 leave in a month.

You still can put 9 hours for 1 day backdated. Incase the timesheet is showing greyed out for the day connect with your project PMO he/she will be able to update the timesheet from back end.
You can fill timesheet for a day before.
If it's more than that, you'll need to apply leave.
You also can talk to manager. I haven't done it ever, but if they know you worked, they can correct from their end afik.

You can cancel your timesheet leaves or else it will be adjusted with the casual leave
