Timesheet | less than 4hrs
Hi guys, so they had scheduled my project release on Jan15th just because I didn’t go to office from 3rd Jan they have extended my allocation to Jan 31st and the my timesheet is set to un-assigned category with less than 4hrs effort!! Does this mean I get LOP during this period?

My manger is so psycho he take me in project do all gossiping like girls and criticize all my other team members. He think he knows everything and can do everything but even he also cry ki project is giving him pressure and he is facing all drama now I realise he was seeking for attaintion . Now I got info that getting release on 15th of jan I ping him he ignored my teams msgs then again I ping what should i do he rudly said I can't help I am here for development problem not allocation problems. Tbh he is worst type of manger I seen having no value of words and . Finding that there is no ethical values and morality remain in tcs
