Time to switch job 2.6 yoe
It’s been almost 2 years in coforge,now I want to switch to some other company for better skills and CTC, please guide me through what should I do , how to get interview calls from other companies, where can I apply for jobs other than linkedin and naukri, What CTC I can ask for after 2 years of experience and what expectations do they have for me as a 2 year experience person.

Before starting with your questions I would suggest you first identify in which role you want to switch to. Then like go to either linkedin or naukri and search for that role around your experience range what are skills recruiters are looking for. Create a resume based on that and prepare accordingly.
Now coming to your questions,

Regarding interview: Frankly speaking it mainly is on your luck. You just have to apply consistently, sometimes you might have 4-5 interviews in a month if you are lucky sometimes there wont be any calls this is assuming you are not on notice period or cannot buyout or negotiate your notice period.

Where to apply: After identifying the role you want to target go the companies career site look for those role and apply directly through the career protal. If you have friends you are working in the said company request then to refer you for that job, this is a bit better as compared to applying yourself.

Regarding CTC and Expectations: This is kind of a very subjective question, like if you are highly skilled at something and that skill is in demand you can get 4x to 7x but that is a very rare case scenario. If you want to talk about generally currently it is always like 1.5x to 2.5x times of your current CTC. Similarly with the expectations, higher the CTC you are getting higher the expectations from you will be. And they might more if you join a startup.

Another thing that I would suggest you is when you are searching for the job try to be active daily on naukri and try to update any detail in your profile daily that really helps.
