They say industry attriation is only 6%, INDIA inflation hovering 7-8% and they don’t wanted to do pay hike or Pay as token of appreciation a “peanut” which is as good as not paying anything. Indian resources are always considered CHEAP Labour What if all resign and create demand , show world we all are capable of getting respected pay hike …. Can they sustain without IT in current situations ?
