After Seeing the qva I can’t explain how frustrating it is with 100 WFO index. Most of us have Same feelings and frustration. The company is simply looting its employees on name of Unit Performance. It’s high time now to think collectively and stand for each other with one voice. Let’s drop the to segment head and above management explaining how disappointing it is to work. Also inform the client unofficial how TCS management is treating their own employees with such penalties as qva cut. Stop delivering the things perfectly, stop delivering with quality. Let’s make this unethical qva cut by tcs so trending that it should challenge the management decisions.

Based on feedback here looks like all units did bad so it's clearly not a genuine . Else there is a big problem with the organizationandntop heads should roll..this doesnt get reflectedin the external quarterly results .. .they simply want to cut money ...
