Time taken for TCS walk-in HR round

Recently interviewed for TCS java developer position at a walkin on 19th July. TR and MR round done. After the MR round, HR told me to leave for that day. Does the HR round happen on the day of walk-in now?If not how much time does it takes?

I attended walkin on july 5th last Saturday, completed technical, managerial, hr too.even hr mentioned I got selected and will get a update in the coming weeks but it's almost a week no update yet bro
