Trending @Infosys; Time needed for Confirmation?

How much time is needed for confirmation to be approved? Mine was initiated on May 1st.

If Confirmation is initiated and gets approved by your Manager then from next month that is from June it will show as Yes as confirmed.

How much time managers take usually to approve? Mine will be approved my DM i guess.

It should be within 6 months of your joining, and for freshers it should be 1 year that too depends on the role
For pp/dse it's 6 for and se it's 1year

Yeh, I’m fresher. I was 1 year from Joining. In April 2024 1 year completed. On 1st May Confirmation request is initiated.

For that to get Approved and to reflect Confirmation status as Yes, how much time is needed?

I joined in nov and after completing 6months i got my confirmation on 1st may

Within 6months it will be confirmed by your manager if you are in a project ask your manager. In some cases it can go till 11 months but not more than 1 year
