Hi guys!! Do we need to go to office 12 days a month even if we are billable? What will happen if we don’t follow 12 days a month? What do you guys follow here?

Billable or not billable, as a CG employee you're expected to comply with the BTO policy. One thing is that, if you're billable then high chances are there that leniency will be shown on you, meaning let's say instead of 12 days you did only 10 or 9 days, then high chances are that it would be overlooked
